7 Keys to this alkaline lifestyle

First thing in the morning your urine Ph and saliva Ph should be 6.8-6.8. If not, you are out of balance. A body that stays out of balance leads to chemical chaos, this leads to metabolic dysfunction and in time this leads to disease. To reverse the disease is to set an intention to find and create balance.

So, how are you doing?

  1. Positive, loving and happy thoughts create an alkaline environment at the cellular level, Negative thoughts are acid forming.
  2. Breathe pure clean oxygen is alkalizing. Alkaline by definition is the concentration of Oxygen and Acid by definition is the concentration of Hydrogens.
  3. What we drink is alkalizing or acid forming. Pure clean mountain spring water is alkalizing.
  4. Your foods are both. Fruits and vegetables are Alkalizing while Meats and Grains are acid forming.
  5. Gentle exercises are Alkalizing and hard impact exercises are Acid forming.
  6. Deep restful sleep and meditation are Alkalizing. Restless sleep is Acid forming.
  7. Minerals, electrolytes and antioxidants open passive detoxing pathways that are Alkalizing in nature.

So, if you are less than 6.8 PH in the urine and saliva you are acidic. You must alkalize however, the alkalizing process may be metabolically stressful at first. The hope we offer is this.
